Right now we are currently only selling men's and women's novelty socks. There are so many awesome styles out there for men and women and we are focused on giving you the best selection available. We do plan to expand to Children's styles in the near future. 

Each pair of socks that we sell lists that size that it will fit in shoe sizing. Right now, since we only sell men's and women's socks, all of our sizing is in shoe sizes for men or women

We ship all of our orders via USPS and are happy to offer FREE USPS First Class Shipping on all U.S. orders over $30.

We are headquartered in California and all of our shipments come from there. Depending on your location your package will take a different amount of time to get to you. 

• USPS First Class: 5-7 business days
• USPS Priority: 2-3 business days

100% of our orders will be shipped out within 72 hours of the order being placed. Most of our orders actually processed and shipped within 24 hours. 

Unfortunately no. In order for your order to qualify for free shipping the total must be above $30 after the discount code.

No, you can only use a single discount code at a time. If you do have multiple codes, you can select which one to use on your order and save the other one for future orders.

We do accept returns as long as the socks are in their original packaging and unworn. If you are not happy with the socks once you receive them, please notify us via email at customersupport@thesockspot.com and we will help process your return. Upon receiving the socks back, we will issue a full refund.
